The website does not collect personal data automatically. The contact and membership forms prepare a message (name, email, phone if provided, subject and message) that you send from your own email program. The website itself does not store this data.

We use the information in your message solely to reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is your consent and taking steps at your request, in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We keep correspondence as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, and member records in line with the club statute and regulations.

The website is hosted by a hosting provider that may process technical data (such as IP addresses) for security and operation. Photographs are delivered through a content delivery network.

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and to withdraw consent. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
